Because it is our first trade, not a side menu. Walid graduated HVAC Technical Institute in Chicago in 2014, has 12 years in the trade, and still studies refrigeration. Is the $89 tune-up the real price?

Yes, and it is printed on this site so you can hold us to it. One residential system, standard access, inside our core service area, no trip fee. Parts and refrigerant are quoted separately and only with your approval. Additional systems at the same address are $69 each.

What does the $150 commercial service call cover?

Travel, a full diagnosis with documented temperature and pressure readings, and a written repair quote before anything is touched. Approve the repair on that visit and the entire $150 comes off the bill. It is a diagnostic fee that behaves like a deposit.

Do you work with contractors?

Yes. General contractors, build-out crews, property managers and other HVAC shops sub the refrigeration side to us, and other shops call us when the refrigeration gets difficult. Send the scope and you get a number and a date.

Are you licensed, insured and certified?

CSLB Lic. #10086412 with both the C-20 HVAC and C-38 Refrigeration classifications, fully insured, and our technicians are EPA Section 608 Certified for refrigerant handling and recovery. California requires the license number on all advertising, and ours is in the footer of every page.
