Can you document readings for health inspections?
Every visit. Temperature and pressure readings are logged and provided in writing, which is what an inspector actually wants to see when they ask about your cold chain.
Do you take subcontract refrigeration work?
Yes. General contractors, build-out crews, property managers and other HVAC shops bring us the cold side, and other shops call us when the refrigeration gets difficult.
