Most refrigeration invoices arrive with a part number and a total. Ours arrive with the readings that justified the part.
Superheat and subcool tell you whether a system is charged correctly or just running. Defrost termination tells you whether the coil is icing because of a timer, a sensor, or a door that stopped sealing eight months ago. Fixing the symptom without those numbers is how the same walk-in fails three times in one season.
That discipline is the reason the $150 diagnostic exists as its own line item. It is not a trip charge dressed up. It is the part of the job that decides whether the repair holds.

What is the fastest way to get a tech out?
Call (510) 927-6675. Down equipment is dispatched ahead of scheduled maintenance and you get a window on the phone rather than a callback promise.
Do you stock common parts?
Contactors, capacitors, defrost timers and controls, thermostats, door gaskets and the usual failure points ride in the truck. Compressors and specialty parts are sourced same-day where suppliers allow.
Can you document readings for health inspections?
Every visit. Temperature and pressure readings are logged and provided in writing, which is what an inspector actually wants to see when they ask about your cold chain.
Do you handle refrigerant compliance?
Our techs are EPA Section 608 Certified. Recovery, charging and leak repair are handled and logged the way the EPA expects.
Do you take subcontract refrigeration work?
