21-Point AC Tune-Up

Refrigeration-grade diagnostics on your home system. We measure superheat, subcool, amp draw and temperature split, then hand you a written red, yellow or green report. Most July failures announce themselves in May.

$89 covers one residential split or package system, standard access, inside our core service area. Additional systems $69 each. Excludes parts, refrigerant and repairs, which are quoted for approval first.

Commercial Refrigeration Repair

Walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, display cases, blast chillers and rack systems. Flat $150 diagnostic credited to the repair, readings documented for your health inspector, down equipment dispatched first.

Ice Machine Service & Install

Descaling, sanitizing, water treatment, component repair and full installs on Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman and Ice-O-Matic. Most ice machine failures are water problems wearing a mechanical costume.

Cold Chain Plan Maintenance

Quarterly or monthly preventive maintenance agreements for restaurants, markets and multi-site operators. Priority dispatch, coil cleaning, gasket and defrost checks, consolidated reporting.

Air Conditioning Repair

Split systems, package units and heat pumps. We read the system instead of swapping parts until it runs: superheat and subcool, amp draw, static pressure, temperature split. You get the readings, not just the invoice.

AC Replacement & Installation

Every replacement starts with a Manual J load calculation on your actual house. An oversized unit short-cycles, never pulls humidity and dies early. Sizing is the whole job, and we size for a 105 degree afternoon.

Ductwork & Air Balancing

New runs, replacements, leak sealing and static pressure balancing for homes and commercial build-outs. A perfect system can lose a third of its capacity to duct in a hot attic.

Heating & Heat Pumps

Furnace and heat pump service, combustion and safety checks, heat exchanger inspection. Valley winters are short, which is exactly why the first cold night finds every weak furnace at once.

Subcontract Refrigeration for Contractors

General contractors, build-out crews and HVAC shops without a refrigeration bench bring us the cold side: line sets, condensing units, walk-in boxes, racks, startup and commissioning. C-20 and C-38 licensed, insured, EPA 608, other shops already sub us in, and we have been flown out of state for it. Send the scope, get a number and a date.

For Contractors and Property Managers

Sub us in. We show up, we are licensed, and we do not make you babysit the scope.

General contractors, restaurant build-out crews, property managers and HVAC shops that do not do refrigeration bring us the cold side. Line sets, condensing units, walk-in boxes, rack systems, startup and commissioning.

We hold C-20 / C-38 under CSLB Lic. #10086412, insurance is on file, our techs are EPA 608, and other HVAC shops already sub us in when the refrigeration gets difficult. We have been flown to other states for jobs where the local trade could not close it. Send the plans. You get a number and a date.
